SEARCHING FOR AN ITEM
The Splendour website is designed so that you can find the correct bra for your outerwear requirements. To begin, select from one of the categories on the right hand side of the homepage. Some categories have more than one option, simply click the item that you are interested in to proceed to the product page.

The list of categories will always remain on your screen to make it easy for you to jump from one category to another should you change your mind. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, chose the colour and size you require then click ‘Add To Shopping Bag.’

SHOPPING BAG
You can view your shopping bag at any point by clicking the shopping bag in the top right hand corner of the page. The shopping bag page allows you to see what you have ordered and amend the list if necessary.

CHECKOUT
If you have finished shopping and wish to purchase your item(s), once in your shopping bag click the ‘Checkout Now’ icon. This will take you to the checkout page. If you are an existing customer, simply fill in your email and password. New customers will be asked to fill in their details.




FAQ

I’ve seen the bra I want but for some reason I cannot place an order……
If you are unable to place an order for a particular item this is because the item is out of stock. If an item is out of stock, you will not be permitted to order that item until when it is available. To find out when an out of stock item will be available, simply send an email to info@splendour.com stating which item it is, along with the colour and size. You will receive a response with 24 hours, unless the email is sent on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If an email is sent on these days then you will not receive a response until Monday.

I placed an order but still have not received my products…..
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of your payment being authorised.
Orders placed before 12pm will be sent out, first class, the same working day. Any orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
