Purchasing
Once you have placed an order on the Splendour website you will receive an email to confirm your order. Any item you wish to order will need to be paid for immediately online using a credit or debit card. We accept most major cards, including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Delta, Solo and Maestro.

Returns
In line with the Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase at any point from the time of ordering up to seven working days later without providing a reason.
Should you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange provided the products are returned within 28 days in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
Splendour does stress that for hygiene reasons thongs, briefs and swimwear are to be tried on over underwear. If it is apparent that this has not been done, we maintain the right to refuse the return of any of the before mentioned products. Postage is non-refundable.

Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of your payment being authorised.
Orders placed before 12pm will be sent out, first class, the same working day. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Delivery is charged at an additional £2.50 for deliveries in the UK, £3.50 for the rest of Europe and £4.50 for the rest of the world.
With international orders please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
